Nate is a native to Massachusetts. He and his wife, Sarah, have two adorable children - Keira and Xander. He received a degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and is currently working towards his Masters of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Sarah recieved a degree in psycho-analtyic philosophy and photography form the University of Massachusetts. She is also a native to Massachusetts. Sarah is currently a stay at home mom, raising their two lovely children. They both co-lead a house church on Thursday nights from their home in Amherst.
Kristen Brumbaugh – Staff
Kristen moved up from Texas in 2005 and has been on staff since February of 2008. She received her BA from The University of Texas in Austin and hasn’t used it since. Her role at Vita Nova includes administrative tasks such as: communicaion, research, advertising and trying to learn computer/web skills beyond her IQ; as well as leading Bible studies and organizing events. She also has the job of overseeing the building where she lives in Amherst and has aspirations of never becoming a cat lady.
Scott Hsu – Music Director
Scott is a native of Amherst but now lives closer to his job in South Hadley where he teaches High School. He and his wife, Colleen, had their fist child, Joel, in late February. He is also working on a CD with the Vita Nova band that will be coming out sometime soon.
